What Is Coaching?
The average person spends between a quarter and a third of their life at work of some kind and whatever phase of your working life you are in, career coaching helps you find ways to explore any changes you may want to make. Coaching allows you to reflect on your thoughts and experiences to date and to set clear goals for the future to help you make changes in the most effective and efficient way possible.
How Does It Work?
Any engagement starts with an initial free 30 minute chemistry call. The purpose of this is to help us decide if we are going to feel comfortable working together and for us to get to know each other and to see if a working relationship can offer the right interpersonal dynamics to give us the best possible chances of success.
If we agree to move forward we will contract for a preliminary number of 1 hour sessions (3 is the minimum) over a specified time period and agree on where we plan to conduct the sessions. My specialism is outdoor coaching and wherever possible I will recommend we meet outdoors.
What Can You Expect?
I will create a safe and non judgemental space for you to explore your issues & concerns.
I will act as your facilitator with the coaching relationship between us based on you setting the agenda.
You can count on me to be honest and straightforward, asking questions and using my experience and knowledge of a variety of techniques to move you forward.
I will create a working alliance with you that will allow you to do your best thinking whilst at the same time challenging you and holding you to account.
I will help you connect with who you are professionally, what you want and the steps you can take to try and achieve your goals..
